About Us

We help build stronger relationships, stronger policy, and stronger understanding between Indigenous communities, governments, and industry.

Our consulting practice focuses on Indigenous, government, and industry relations, with an emphasis on thoughtful relationship building, policy development, and practical strategies that support meaningful engagement and long-term outcomes.

We work with non-Indigenous governments and industry organizations to strengthen their understanding of Indigenous perspectives, build respectful and effective relationships, and navigate engagement in a way that is informed, collaborative, and grounded in trust.

We also support Indigenous governments and organizations in building internal capacity for policy analysis and development. Our work is designed to help Indigenous governments assess policy issues, develop clear and effective policy frameworks, and strengthen their ability to participate confidently in government-to-government and government-to-industry relationships.

Our Approach

We believe effective relationships are built over time through respect, understanding, consistency, and trust. Meaningful engagement goes beyond consultation and requires listening, learning, and creating space for Indigenous perspectives to inform decisions and outcomes.

Our approach is practical and relationship-focused. We work to understand the unique priorities, histories, governance structures, and circumstances of each client, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to Indigenous relations or policy development.

Building Understanding. Strengthening Relationships. Supporting Good Policy.

Whether supporting an organization in developing more meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities or helping an Indigenous government strengthen its policy capacity, our goal is the same: to create the understanding, relationships, and tools needed to move important work forward.

We bring an Indigenous-informed perspective to our work while recognizing the importance of meeting clients where they are and building practical pathways toward stronger relationships and better outcomes.
